Great! But why did you cut the blue cord in the middle and fuse again?
I cut it in half and then gutted 1 half of it. So the centre piece is normal cord and the cord that wraps around it is gutted. You could just use normal cord for the whole thing but I think it. Looks better with gutted or even type 1 cord.
I couldn't get at all the way you close it: how do you form the loop on the back where you fuse all the blue and white rope? thanks
Where to use?
It’s a decorative knot so you could use it as a knife lanyard things like that. It can even be used as a stopper knot

No not if you don’t want to. It will just be bigger and chunkier if you leave the cord in gutted. I just think it looks better with gutted cord😀

Monkeys Fists as popular as they are in the knottying community are my nemesis. I did a number of 2-coloured ones when requested and did them on a knot working with the ends coming out of that knot. Not funny at all. Especially hiding the ends. The dressing was a nightmare. And my cousin keeps asking for more... sigh. Still debating what globe knot to use instead. And maybe invest in some core balls.
This is the easiest method I've come across. All the previous were extremely complex(maybe I'm not smart enough). I felt like donating but then I realised that I lost my job, and can't really express my gratitude in monetary. Hence I hope you'll appreciate the comment.

Great for zipper pulls. I use regular 550 on large zippers and 95 on small zippers.

That’s a good question! I shall have a play and make a video. Just off the top of my head, you could make the rose button but to attach it to the zipper you’ll need to tie a knot. I shall try a few and see which one works the best.
